Rebook for 2027/28 and you’ll unlock ten extras at no extra cost. A fortnightly room clean. Laundry sorted. ClassPass membership, Everyman Cinema membership, a year of Calm App and a Railcard for train and tube discounts. Plus monthly events, Club Pret Membership and more.

Your perks switch on within seven days of completing your rebooking and advance rent payment. Perks then run until your current tenancy ends, so the sooner you rebook, the more of them you get.

Who can get YourTRIBE+?

If you’re a current YourTRIBE resident and rebook for 2027/28, you’re eligible for YourTRIBE+. Just complete your booking and advance rent payment before 31 January 2027 to unlock your extras.

Can I choose which perks I get?

No need to choose. You get all the YourTRIBE+ perks included with your rebooking, at no extra cost. Just remember, some benefits vary by property.

When do my perks start?

Sooner than you think! Your perks activate within seven days of signing your 2027/28 contract and paying your advance rent. No waiting until next September.

Do my perks carry over into next year?

Monthly benefits, like cleaning, laundry and ClassPass, run until your current tenancy ends. Annual memberships, like Calm, Everyman and your Railcard, last 12 months from activation.

The sooner you rebook, the longer you get to enjoy your perks.

Can I keep my room or choose a different one?

Absolutely! You can rebook the room you love, explore a different room type or even look at another YourTRIBE property. Want to live with friends? We can help you explore your options. All rooms are subject to availability.

What if I missed the 8 November registration deadline?

Don’t worry. You can still rebook from 9 November and enjoy the full YourTRIBE+ offer. Registering early gives you priority access, but the perks are available to all eligible rebookers until 31 January 2027.

Is YourTRIBE+ really included at no extra cost?

Yes! All the extras come with your eligible rebooking, with no additional charge for YourTRIBE+. From fortnightly cleaning and fitness credits to cinema trips and wellbeing, there’s plenty more to enjoy.

Are the benefits the same at every YourTRIBE property?

Deptford residents receive a Miniml laundry bundle subscription instead of weekly washes and dries, and cleaning arrangements vary depending on your room type. You’ll find the full details in our terms and conditions.

How much will my room cost next year?

Your 2027/28 rent depends on your property and room type. You can check the available rooms and prices when bookings open on 9 November, or speak to your reception team for help finding the right option.

When is the last day to rebook and get YourTRIBE+?

31 January 2027. That’s your deadline to complete your eligible rebooking and advance rent payment to qualify for YourTRIBE+.
